My name’s Hal, and I’m a Primal Health Coach. My health and wellness journey began around April 2020. I’ve experienced an amazing body composition transformation during that time, shedding 70 pounds, while rising to an executive level position at a large financial institution in Corporate America. Now, I’m teaching others everything I learned along the way. I created Health Coaching with Hal to help people achieve similar transformations and unlock the physique of their dreams, primarily through the power of nutrition.
